Deluxe Printz: Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out quite as planned. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

You can also cancel the order prior 1 day of delievery . Your amount will be refunded within 12 hr.

Refundable Items:

  • You can return any unopened and unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Please note that some custom-printed items and perishable goods may not be eligible for returns. You can find specific information about these items on their product pages.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged.
  • Custom-printed items with incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Downloadable products.
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance."

Refund Process:

  1. Initiate your return: Contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery to initiate your return. We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  2. Return your item: Securely pack your item in its original packaging and include the RMA number prominently on the package. Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
  3. Refund processing: Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our policy conditions, we will process your refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
